Who handles agent introduction requests

Calgary Real Estate Tips is operated by Real Estate Partners, Real Broker. Contact and agent-matching requests are reviewed by this team. When you consent to an introduction, the contact details and property context you submit may be shared with a proposed agent to respond to your request.

Introductions come from participating professionals and may include agents affiliated with the operator. This is not an independent ranking or a search of every agent. Discuss the proposed professional, scope, fees and any referral relationship before proceeding. Submitting a request does not create a representation agreement.

Optional advice emails require a separate marketing choice. You may use the guides and tools without submitting contact details. To ask about access, correction, withdrawal of consent or the handling of your information, use the privacy request form below.

What we collect

When you submit a form, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, question, property or area, timing, price range, decision stage, and the options you select. We also record the page and form used, submission time, referring domain, campaign parameters, and limited session-level engagement counts. Do not submit banking details, government identification numbers, passwords, medical information, or documents containing information you do not want reviewed through an intake form.

How the information is used

The information is used to review and respond to your request, route it to the appropriate real estate topic or follow-up path, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, maintain a record of consent, and understand which guides and tools are useful. A request for a response is not permission for unrelated marketing. Marketing messages require a separate marketing choice and can be stopped later.

Storage, access, and retention

Form submissions are sent over HTTPS to a managed database protected by row-level access controls; the public website cannot read that database. Authorized service providers may process or store information outside Canada, including on United States infrastructure, where it may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction. Access is limited to people and services that need it to operate the intake process.

Records should be deleted or anonymized when no longer reasonably needed for the stated purposes, subject to legal or operational recordkeeping requirements.

Your choices

You can use the educational pages and calculators without providing contact details. If you submit a form, you may ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information associated with your email address or phone number. Use the form below, write “privacy request” at the start of the message, and provide only enough information to locate the submission.

Identity may need to be verified before a record is disclosed or changed.

Important boundaries

We do not sell submitted personal information. Reasonable safeguards reduce risk but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. This site provides general real estate education and intake routing; submitting a form does not create agency or professional-client relationships for legal, mortgage, appraisal, tax, insurance, engineering, or inspection advice.
